The increase was mainly driven by higher revenues, supported by increased sales volumes, improved average selling prices, and the full 12-month consolidation of the subsidiary’s results this year, compared with partial consolidation from the acquisition date of May 19, 2024, in the prior year.
The profit growth was also supported by lower general and administrative expenses, alongside the subsidiary’s consolidation.
This was partly offset by higher selling and marketing expenses, an increase in provisions for expected credit losses, higher zakat expenses, and increased finance costs compared with the previous year.
The second-half net profit rose by 2% to SAR 13.33 million from SAR 13.10 million in H2 2024.
Compared to H1 2025, net earnings rose 34% from SAR 9.96 million.
