Net losses before excluding minority interest stood at SAR 1.47 million in H1 2025, versus SAR 1.86 million in the year-earlier period.
Revenue plunged 38% year-on-year (YoY) decline in revenue.
Meanwhile, cost of revenue fell 45% as the company focus shifted to profitable activities, which lifted the gross profit margin to 43% from 35% a year earlier.
Operating expenses decreased, with selling and marketing expenses down 47% and general and administrative expenses down 25% YoY. As a result, operating losses narrowed 82% to SAR 0.36 million, compared to SAR 2 million in the prior-year period.
KnowledgeNet turned to loss in H1 2025 versus a profit of SAR 26.48 million in H2 2024.
Total shareholders’ equity, with no minority interest, rose to SAR 63.23 million as of June 30, 2025, from SAR 38.97 million in the corresponding period of 2024.
