The company attributed the improved results to a 10.1% increase in revenues to reach SAR 2.338 billion, coupled with an increase in the number of visits in the outpatient sector and higher occupancy rates in Inpatient departments.
Mouwasat also cited the extension of the positive impact resulting from improving some of the contractual terms previously concluded with the company’s clients, which was reflected in the current period.
This is in addition to continued performance improvement of specialized resources in the company’s hospitals, a decrease in impairment loss on receivables, in addition to collecting a large portion of these receivables during the current quarter, and a decline in Zakat expense.
