The company attributed the profit decline to a higher cost of offering new services, as well as a higher cost of applying the company's new identity to the fleet.
It also cited a higher cost of promoting the new services, as well as increased costs of technical development for automating processes and customer ordering interfaces.
However, revenues increased due to an expansion in offering new services, as well as growth in the number of service delivery units.
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, stood at SAR 25.88 million by the end of H1 2025, compared to SAR 24.4 million in the year-earlier period.
