Lana said the 2025 financial statements included non-recurring gains of nearly SAR 5 million from the revaluation of a subsidiary.
Operating and staff costs increased as Lana expanded its medical and environmental services.
General and administrative expenses also rose to support service diversification and long-term growth.
Fuel costs increased, particularly in transport and hazardous medical waste treatment operations.
Moreover, financing costs saw an increase due to funding for new projects.
This came despite 10% revenue growth, reflecting the impact of expansion and transformation initiatives launched in early 2025.
Growth was driven by new contracts across Madinah, Al Jouf, Al Baha, and the Northern Borders.
The environmental segment revenue also increased, contributing a larger share to total revenue.
