The increase in profits was mainly driven by an 88% rise in revenues. This growth was attributed to securing new projects, diversifying its client base, and increasing the volume of work completed on existing project contracts, which led to higher gross profit along with efficient expense management.
In addition, the company’s expansion strategy, including the acquisition of Wasl Technical Information Systems Co. (Wasltec), had a positive impact on its financial performance for the period ended June 30, 2025.
Sequentially, WSM’s profit fell 7.8% from SAR 3.38 million in H2 2024.
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, reached SAR 48.65 million by the end of H1 2025, compared to SAR 35.63 million a year earlier.
