H1 2025 revenue increased by 104.77%, mainly on improved operating performance, in addition to the exceptionally positive impact of the company's projects (off-plan sales) and land sales.
Operating expenses, which include marketing, sales, general and administrative expenses, decreased by 9% year-on-year (YoY).
Meanwhile, H1 2025 cost of revenue surged by 106% YoY. Zakat expenditure rose to SAR 1 million in H1 2025 from SAR 369,000 in H1 2024.
On a semi-annual basis, net profit dropped 41% from SAR 16.91 million in H2 2024.
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, stood at SAR 77.32 million by June 30, 2025, compared to SAR 60.39 million a year earlier.
