Al-Modawat Specialized Medical Co.’s net profit increased by more than threefold to SAR 19 million in 2025, from SAR 6.1 million a year earlier.

The profit growth was driven by a 61% year-on-year (YoY) rise in revenue, aided by the partial operation of previously announced expansions and service enhancements.

 

Moreover, an increase in expenses was controlled by Al-Modawat at 48% only, reflecting improved operational efficiency.

H2 2025 profit surged 196% to SAR 8.6 million, compared to SAR 2.91 million in the prior-year period.

However, net profit dropped by 16.7% from SAR 10.35 million in H1 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity (no minority interest) amounted to SAR 88.25 million as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 77.12 million in a year earlier period.
