Miahona Co. reported a net profit of SAR 73.3 million (excluding minority interests) in the first nine months of 2025, compared to a net profit of SAR 44.1 million (excluding minority interests) in the year-earlier period.

The profit rise was attributed to higher construction revenues and increased project development and consultancy services. It was also supported by a rise in gross profit driven by higher overall revenues and an increase in other income.

 

In Q3 2025, the company’s net profit dropped by 72.4% to SAR 4.6 million, from SAR 16.5 million in Q3 2024.

 

On a sequential basis, the three-month bottom line fell 37.9% from SAR 7.35 million in Q2 2025.
