Neft Alsharq incurred losses during the current period on higher capital and operating costs of service centers amid weak initial revenues from these centers.

The company also faced increased capital and operating expenses (OpEx) for the retail segment through sales representatives, coupled with intensified market competition.

Operating and raw material costs continued to rise, while sales prices remained unchanged, exerting pressure on profit margins.

On the other hand, sales grew by 52% to SAR 35.6 million, supported by an expansion in domestic sales channels and government contracts that positively impacted revenues. Export sales also improved with the company’s entry into new markets, contributing to a higher sales volume.

Additional Information:

Shareholders’ equity (with no minority interests) stood at SAR 45.963 million at the end of June 30, 2025, compared to SAR 46.649 million in the same period last year.
