The profit slump was primarily due to weaker revenues, resulting from a slowdown in the execution of certain projects amid reduced business volume within the company’s main targeted sectors.
Additionally, the previous year had included non-recurring income of SAR 6.75 million.
The 2025 profit was further affected by an increase in the expected credit loss provision, reflecting a more conservative approach in assessing the quality and collectability of receivables, which supports its asset quality and financial position.
However, net income declined 96% to SAR 194,000 in H2 2025, compared with SAR 4.64 million in H2 2024.
