Financials (M)

Item 2024 2025 Change‬
Revenues 46.59 43.10 (7.5 %)
Gross Income 20.09 18.62 (7.3 %)
Operating Income 9.90 6.88 (30.4 %)
Net Income 15.48 6.27 (59.5 %)

Earnings Per Share before unusual items (Riyals) 2.53 1.25 (50.3 %)
EPS (Riyal) 3.10 1.25 (59.5 %)

The profit slump was primarily due to weaker revenues, resulting from a slowdown in the execution of certain projects amid reduced business volume within the company’s main targeted sectors.

Additionally, the previous year had included non-recurring income of SAR 6.75 million.

The 2025 profit was further affected by an increase in the expected credit loss provision, reflecting a more conservative approach in assessing the quality and collectability of receivables, which supports its asset quality and financial position.

However, net income declined 96% to SAR 194,000 in H2 2025, compared with SAR 4.64 million in H2 2024.
