Digital Research Co. (DRC) reported a net loss of SAR 5.3 million in 2025, versus a net profit of SAR 5.9 million in 2024.

Revenue decreased by 25% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 47.3 million, primarily due to the completion of major government contracts carried over from prior years and slower project activity in the government sector.

 

Additionally, the company reported an increase in general and administrative expenses and provisions for expected credit loss.

 

DRC managed to cut the cost of revenue by SAR 4.42 million, selling and marketing expenses by SAR 0.49 million, finance costs by SAR 0.26 million, and Zakat expenses by SAR 0.16 million.

 

In H2 2025, the company turned to a loss of SAR 1.8 million from a profit of SAR 2.74 million in H2 2024.

 

DRC narrowed its six-month loss from SAR 3.47 million in H1 2025.
