The full-year profit hike was attributed to a 16.1% YoY rise in revenues, thanks to organic growth of 12.8%. This was driven by improved like-for-like sales performance, expansion in product lineups, and enhanced customer experience across retail and digital channels.

In addition, increased revenues were supported by an 8.4% expansion in the customer base and a 7% rise in average transaction value, reflecting an improved product mix and sustained consumer demand.

Furthermore, the 12-month gross profit margin rose to approximately 70%, compared to the year before, owing to effective pricing strategies, strong supplier ties, and better inventory management.

Nevertheless, operating leverage and improved operational performance offset the rise in the full-year operating expenses amid investments in new and renovated stores, headcount expansion, and the internalization of certain support functions, resulting in higher net profit for the year.

Meanwhile, net profit for H2 2024/25 reached SAR 27 million, down 31% from SAR 39.47 million in the year-ago period.
