The company said the profit increase was mainly driven by higher revenue, which reached SAR 1.2 billion, supported by a 41% year-on-year (YoY) rise in the number of patients to 710,810.
It attributed the growth to higher referrals from key clients, improved performance across affiliated hospitals, and the consolidation of newly acquired branches.
Care said cost optimization also supported gross profit, operating profit, and EBITDA.
However, the net profit margin declined due to a one-off Zakat provision settlement of about SAR 29 million booked in the comparative period last year, in addition to higher Zakat expenses and financing costs in the first nine months of 2025.
