Saudi Marketing Co. (Farm Superstores) reported slightly lower net earnings of SAR 20 million in the first nine months of 2025, from SAR 20.5 million a year earlier.

This was attributed to a SAR 25.9 million annual decrease in topline, due to a drop in revenue from Farm Superstores branches for 9M 2025.

 

Total operating expenses also rose by SAR 6.3 million, despite a SAR 16.4 million increase in the nine-month gross profit.

 

Net non-operating costs and expenses charged to the profits amounted to SAR 73.6 million in 9M 2025, compared to SAR 63.5 million last year.

In Q3 2025, the company recorded a net profit of SAR 6.4 million, a fall of 9.2% from SAR 7 million in the year-earlier period.

 

The three-month bottom line also dropped 18.3% from SAR 7.88 million in Q2 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, stood at SAR 705.33 million as of Sept. 30, 2025, up from SAR 681.26 million in the prior-year period.
