Lumi Rental Co. reported a net profit of SAR 198.1 million in 2025, an increase of 10% compared to SAR 180.3 million a year earlier.

The car rental company said the profit growth was spurred by a 7.7% year-on-year (YoY) rise in revenue to SAR 1.67 billion, driven by continued growth in both the long-and short-term rental segments.

 

Core operating revenue, excluding used car sales, increased by around 14.9% YoY, reflecting stronger underlying demand and improved revenue quality, alongside enhanced operational efficiency and lower financing costs.

Q4 2025 profit declined 23% to SAR 38 million, compared to SAR 49.45 million in the prior-year period.

On a sequential basis, net profit dropped by 27.9% from SAR 52.71 million in Q3 2025.

Total shareholders’ equity (no minority interest) amounted to SAR 1.40 billion as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 1.21 billion in a year earlier period.
