The year-on-year (YoY) profit growth was driven by an 11% increase in revenue to SAR 828 million in H1 2025, from SAR 745 million in H1 2024.
The uptrend was also supported by lower financing costs and an improved operating profit margin.

The Q2 2025 net profit rose 17.8% to SAR 54.21 million, compared to SAR 46.01 million in the year-earlier period.
The company attributed the YoY profit growth in Q2 2025 to a 15% increase in Lumi’s total revenue, reaching SAR 416 million, driven by strong contributions from both long- and short-term rental segments. This is in addition to improved operational performance and lower finance costs.
On a sequential basis, net profit rose 2% compared to SAR 53.15 million in Q1 2025.
This was supported by solid revenue of SAR 416 million in Q2 2025, compared to the previous quarter, with the lease and rental segments contributing a 1% increase.
Gross profit margin also improved, while financing costs declined.
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, reached SAR 1.31 billion by June 30, 2025, compared to SAR 1.12 billion in the year-earlier period.
