Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) reported a net profit of SAR 3.46 billion for 2025, an increase from SAR 3.1 billion in the prior year.

The improved profits were attributed to the expansion of all revenue streams, with a healthy growth in the overall subscriber base.

 

During 2025, gross profit grew by 8.6% to SAR 10.74 billion versus SAR 9.89 billion in 2024, driven by a higher revenue.

 

EBITDA rose 6.0% YoY to SAR 7.62 billion in 2025, compared to SAR 7.19 billion in 2024, driven by growth in revenue and the company's operational excellence.

 

EBITDA margin recorded 38.8% in 2025 compared to 39.5% in the previous year.

 

Due to the improvement in EBITDA, operating profit saw a 9% YoY increase in 2025 to SAR 3.84 billion from SAR 3.53 billion in 2024.

 

Net other expenses decreased to SAR 291 million in 2025, compared to SAR 337 million in 2024, due to the increase in the company’s share of profit from joint ventures (JVs).

 

Zakat & income tax came in at SAR 90 million in 2025 compared to SAR 86 million in 2024.

 

Q4 2025 net profit fell 2.7% YoY to SAR 953 million, from SAR 979.4 million in Q4 2024.

 

On a sequential basis, earnings grew 4% from SAR 916.42 million in Q3 2025.
