Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) reported a net profit of SAR 1.59 billion for H1 2025, an increase of 23% from SAR 1.29 billion in the prior-year period.

The telco noted a revenue growth of 6.6% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 9.6 billion in H1 2025, mainly driven by increased revenue across all business segments and supported by a growing customer base.
Gross profit rose to SAR 5.17 billion, up 7.3% YoY due to the increase in revenues.
EBITDA grew 9% to SAR 3.59 billion, pushing up EBITDA margin to 37.5% in the current period, from 36.6% in the prior-year period. Operating profit increased by 15.2% YoY to SAR 1.74 billion.
Additionally, net other expenses shrank to SAR 101.2 million from SAR 150.4 million in the same period last year, due to a higher share in profits from a joint venture, despite higher financing costs (FCs) linked to the company’s acquisition of spectrum licenses.
Zakat and income tax expense declined to SAR 43 million.
