The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) reported a net profit of SAR 729.1 million in H1 2025, compared to SAR 656 million a year earlier.

The profit growth was driven by improved insurance service results, attributed to lower claims, enhanced management efficiency and core business activities.

 

Tawuniya’s investment portfolio grew to SAR 12.2 million, along with a noticeable improvement in return rates.

 

Gross written premiums (GWPs) increased by 16.17%, amounting to SAR 12 million, compared to SAR 10.3 million in the same period last year.

The second-quarter net earnings climbed 1.7% to SAR 467.42 million, from SAR 459.81 million in Q2 2024.

 

On a sequential basis, net earnings surged 78.6% from SAR 261.69 million in Q1 2025.
