The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) reported a net profit of SAR 902.4 million in the first nine months of 2025, compared to SAR 854.1 million in the year-earlier period.

The company’s higher profits were driven by a 16.74% increase in insurance revenues to SAR 15.75 billion, supported by new customer acquisition and growth in key business segments.

 

Income from insurance services rose 37.85% to SAR 2.74 billion, driven by higher revenues, lower claims, and improved claims management.

Net insurance profits increased 20.49% to SAR 1.07 billion, reflecting stronger performance across the company’s core insurance activities.

 

In addition, a strong and diversified investment portfolio boosted net investment income by 12.51% to SAR 554 million, supported by an increased portfolio size of SAR 12.43 billion and improved yields.

Tawuniya’s net profit in Q3 2025 fell 12% to SAR 173.3 million, from SAR 197.56 million a year earlier.

 

Sequentially, net earnings dropped 62.9% from SAR 467.42 million in Q2 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity at the end of 9M 2025 amounted to SAR 5.14 billion, compared to SAR 4.29 billion the previous year.
