Umm Al-Qura Cement Co.’s net earnings tumbled by 4% to SAR 45.8 million in 2025, versus SAR 47.7 million a year ago.

The annual profit decline was primarily due to lower average selling prices, higher fuel costs, and a decrease in other income.

 

However, the 2025 revenues accelerated, partially supported by higher sales volumes. This came as general and administrative expenses as well as financing costs and Zakat expenses declined by year-end.

Meanwhile, the Q4 2025 net profit rose 72% to SAR 13.2 million, compared to SAR 7.67 million a year earlier.

 

On a quarterly basis, the three-month net profit also increased by 11.5% from SAR 11.81 million in Q3 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity (no minority interest) amounted to SAR 859.03 million as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 813.59 million a year earlier.
