Consolidated Grünenfelder Saady Holding Co. (CGS) reported a net profit decline of 33% to SAR 33 million for the nine-month period ended Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 49.2 million in the year-earlier period.

The company attributed the profit decline to the timing of orders in the automotive solutions segment, a shift in revenue toward the fixed cooling business, higher indirect costs from new organizational roles after the listing, and an increased provision for doubtful debts.

On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, profit rose 46% from SAR 9.66 million in Q2 2025/26.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interests, reached SAR 185.7 million as of Sept. 30, 2025, up from SAR 155.5 million a year earlier.
