Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) logged a net loss of SAR 49.2 million after minority interest for the first nine months of 2025, compared to SAR 43.3 million in the same period a year earlier.
Before minority interest, the company posted SAR 49.2 million in net profit before minority interest for the nine-month period, compared to SAR 44.3 million in the first nine months of 2024.

The increased losses were attributed to a year-on-year (YoY) revenue slump for 9M 2025. This was due to lower sales of some agricultural products, as well as an uptick in the cost of sales and selling & distribution expenses.

The company also widened its losses to SAR 24.1 million in Q3 2025, compared to SAR 16.8 million in the same period a year earlier. Sequentially, the three-month net loss also deepened from SAR 17.97 million in Q2 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, amounted to SAR 131.04 million as on Sept. 30, 2025, compared to SAR 280.98 million in the same period a year earlier.

 

Accumulated losses amounted to SAR 256.58 million by the end of 9M 2025, representing 65.5% of capital.
