Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. reported a net profit decline of 36% to SAR 395.6 million in 2025, compared to SAR 621.8 million a year earlier.

Operating revenue fell 12.8% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 1.26 billion, driven by decreased revenue from trading and post-trade services following a 30.6% drop in the average daily traded value.

 

Operating expenses increased 6.6% YoY to SAR 938.5 million, driven by higher operating expenditure on the strategic implementation of the group’s plans to enhance future growth, in addition to increased system maintenance costs, depreciation and amortization costs, as well as workforce costs driven by a rise in headcount.

 

Additionally, gross profit dropped 21.4% YoY to SAR 716.3 million in 2025, while operating profit fell 43% YoY to SAR 322.7 million in 2025. EBITDA slumped 32.2% YoY to SAR 438.5 million in 2025, from SAR 647.2 million in the year before.

Q4 2025 net profit dropped 17% to SAR 96.2 million, compared to SAR 116.14 million in the prior-year period.

On a sequential basis, net profit grew 16.4% from SAR 82.66 million in Q3 2025.

Total shareholders’ equity (after minority interest) amounted to SAR 3.44 billion as of Dec. 31, 2025, compared to SAR 3.49 billion in a year earlier period.
