Dr. Soliman Abdel Kader Fakeeh Hospital Co. (Fakeeh Care) posted a net profit after excluding minority interest of SAR 154.3 million for the first half of 2025, a 28% rise from SAR 120.2 million a year earlier.
Net profit before excluding minority interest stood at SAR 135.5 million for the six-month period, from SAR 103.6 million a year earlier.

Revenue rose on higher patient volumes across all segments and an improved business mix, in addition to the group's delivery of the Hajj ambulatory services in Q2 2025.
On the other hand, EBITDA reached SAR 250.2 million in H1 2025, 3.3% decline year-on-year (YoY), reflecting the impact of pre-operating and ramp-up expenses of newly opened hospital in Madinah.
In Q2 2024, net earnings rose 73% to SAR 82.1 million, from SAR 47.47 million in the second quarter of 2024.
Fakeeh Care’s net profit also grew 13.7% on a sequential basis from SAR 72.2 million in Q1 2025.
