The losses were attributed to the challenges facing the advertising sector in general. Besides, the advertising exclusivity in Riyadh under the Remat Al-Riyadh contract remained pending until late September.
The TASI-listed firm also cited incomplete work on its advertising network and delays related to several contracts. This included the Remat Al-Riyadh contract with Al Arabia Alliance for Smart Advertisements, the Riyadh Airports contract, the King Abdulaziz Public Transport project in Riyadh (train and buses), the Intercity Roads contract, and the digital billboards network in Dubai, UAE.
This was despite an increase in the nine-month revenues, thanks to the elevated market share and ongoing digital transformation efforts to enhance handling capacity for a wide range of high-margin campaigns and advertisers.
