Al-Omran Industrial Trading Co. narrowed its net loss to SAR 1.5 million during the first nine months of 2025, versus SAR 1.8 million in 9M 2024.

The lower losses came amid better profit margins of some company products. This came despite a 17% year-on-year (YoY) revenue drop, alongside a SAR 962,000 hike in Zakat expenses.

In Q3 2025, net losses reached SAR 2.6 million, widening from SAR 940,000 in the year before, on the back of weaker revenues given the reduced sales volumes.

 

On a quarterly basis, Al-Omran turned to losses from a net profit of SAR 3 million in the second quarter of this year.

 

Shareholders' equity, after minority interest, stood at SAR 154 million at the end of Sept. 30, 2025, compared with SAR 157 million a year ago.
