Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund reported net earnings of SAR 29.4 million (SAR 0.45 per unit) for the first half of 2025, compared to SAR 10.1 million (SAR 0.15 per unit) a year earlier, Jadwa Investment, the fund manager, said in a statement to Tadawul.
Funds from operations (FFO) reached around SAR 14.6 million during the six-month period, compared with SAR 10.6 million in H1 2024.

Real estate investment values increased, reversing a decline, to SAR 17.9 million, compared to SAR 5.1 million achieved during the same period of the previous year.
This was mainly due to higher revenues, reaching SAR 30.4 million, compared to SAR 27.7 million a year earlier, as well as a decrease in expenses due to lower custody fees, in addition to reduced financing costs, partially offset by higher fund management fees.
