Funds from operations (FFO) reached nearly SAR 56.7 million in H1 2025, compared with SAR 48.6 million in the same period a year ago.
The profit growth was attributed to a rise in revenues to SAR 94.2 million in the current period from SAR 86.2 million a year before. This was in addition to lower general and administrative expenses to SAR 6.2 million from SAR 7.9 million.
The net book value per unit reached SAR 9.16 and the market value per unit amounted to SAR 11.90.
