The profit decline was mainly due to a slight drop in fleet utilization rates, along with higher expected credit loss provisions, in line with changes in overall market credit risk levels.
This was partially offset by a 14.9% year-on-year (YoY) increase in revenue, driven by an 18.5% rise in short- and long-term rental revenues on the back of a higher number of rented vehicles. Revenue from the used-car segment also grew by 3.7% in 2025, supported by increased vehicle sales.
Net income declined 28% to SAR 36.93 million in Q4 2025, from SAR 51.16 million a year earlier.
