Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) recorded a net profit of SAR 91.2 million in the first nine months of 2025, down from SAR 121.56 million in the prior-year period.

This was mainly attributed to the 9M 2024 one-off gain of SAR 58 million from liquidating 10% of the company's shares in its associate, Edarat.
However, the first nine months of this year witnessed elevated revenues and softer finance costs. MIS also recognized gains from the valuation of its investments classified at fair value through profit or loss, besides generating capital gains of SAR 28 million from the sale of some investments.

In Q3 2025, the company’s net earnings rose 50% to SAR 25.1 million, from SAR 16.73 million in Q3 2024, driven by higher revenue.
Sequentially, however, the three-month bottom line shrank 22.2% from SAR 32.28 million in Q2 2025.
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, slumped to SAR 389.6 million as of Sept. 30, 2025, from SAR 417.3 million in the prior-year period.
