Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. (Aldrees) reported a net profit of SAR 421.8 million in 2025, up 22% from SAR 344.7 million a year earlier.

The profit growth was attributed to higher sales, driven by the expansion in the number of stations, improved transportation prices, and increased sales in the petrol and transport segments. This was in addition to strong income from bank deposits, other income, and investments in sukuk.
On the other hand, selling, general, and administrative expenses, as well as finance costs, increased, while results from investments in the joint venture declined. The company also reported higher Zakat expenses.
In addition, total comprehensive income increased due to the remeasurement losses of employees' defined benefits obligations.

The fourth-quarter net profit grew 8% to SAR 108.2 million, from SAR 100.3 million in Q4 2024, supported mainly by higher sales and lower selling expenses.
On a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, the company’s net profit fell 4.9% in Q4 2025, from SAR 113.80 million in Q3 2025.
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, reached SAR 1.68 billion at the end of 2025, compared to SAR 1.41 billion at the end of 2024.
