Saudi Research and Media Group (SRMG) reported a net profit of SAR 30.9 million in Q1 2025, down 64% compared to SAR 86.9 million in Q1 2024.
This was driven by lower gross profit mainly on the decrease in revenue from all operating segments. Additionally, the revenue decline was triggered by weak operations.
Meanwhile, SRMG noted lower net finance costs.
On a sequential basis, the company swung to a profit versus a net loss of SAR 115.05 million in Q4 2024.
Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, stood at SAR 3.25 billion as of March 31, 2025, compared to SAR 3.10 billion a year earlier.
