The profit increase followed robust revenue growth, disciplined cost control, improved revenue mix, and lower funding cost.
Net profit of dairy and juice business increased year-on-year (YoY) due to sales growth across the board, in addition to tight cost controls.
In the bakery category, net profit rose due to improved sales revenue mix. Meanwhile, the poultry segment’s net profit climbed YoY due to revenue growth driven by the ramp-up of the higher sales volumes related to the poultry expansion project and the increased economies of scale.

The fourth-quarter net profit leapt 8% to SAR 464.79 million from SAR 430.73 million in Q4 2024.
Compared to the previous quarter, net profit dropped by 24.2% from SAR 613.24 million in Q3 2025, due to seasonal adjustment in consumption patterns.
Total shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interest, increased to SAR 20.52 billion as of Dec. 31, 2025, from SAR 18.79 billion a year earlier.
