H1 2025 revenues increased by 3% year-on-year (YoY) due to strong performance in food and bakery categories. The six-month earnings increase was fueled by disciplined cost control, favorable product mix and lower funding costs.
The dairy and juice division’s net profit rose compared to last year due to higher revenue growth despite devaluation of Egyptian pound. In addition, tighter cost controls helped maintain growth in the bottom line.
Earnings from the bakery division increased YoY due to higher revenue growth led by bread sales. The poultry segment’s earnings were higher YoY due to continued production optimization, and improved economies of scale.
