Saudi Ceramic Co. reported a net profit (excluding minority interest) of SAR 134 million for the first six months of 2025, up from SAR 4.7 million in H1 2024.

Net profit, before minority interest, stood at SAR 133.3 million in H1 2025, compared to SAR 3.5 million in H1 2024.

 

The positive results were driven by higher sales supported by the rise in both sales volumes and average selling prices of the water heater product during the current period compared to the same period of the previous year.

 

Moreover, during the period the company received an insurance settlement amounting to SAR 120 million as compensation for the damage resulting from the fire at the second sanitaryware factory that occurred on July 15, 2023.

 

In addition, the company noted an increase in gross profit during the current period compared to the same period of the last year.

Saudi Ceramics posted a net profit of SAR 113 million in Q2 2025 against a net loss of SAR 10.82 million a year ago.

 

On a sequential basis, net profit skyrocketed from SAR 21.12 million earnings in Q1 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interest, stood at SAR 1.55 billion by June 30, 2025, compared to SAR 1.50 billion a year earlier.
