The company logged a decrease in operating profit from the glass container business as well as a reduction in profit share from joint ventures in the float glass sector due to the scheduled maintenance shutdown and renovation of the furnace at Guardian Zoujaj International Float Glass Co. (Guardian Ras Al Khaimah) from February 2025 to early May 2025.

The third-quarter net earnings also declined 14% to SAR 21.7 million from SAR 25.10 million in Q3 2024, mainly due to lower operating profit despite strong sales.
The glass manufacturer’s net profit grew 8.5% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from SAR 20.01 million in Q2 2025.
Total shareholders' equity, with no minority interest, reached SAR 797.6 million as of Sept. 30, 2025, from SAR 760.25 million a year earlier.
