Arabian Pipes Co. reported a net profit of SAR 74.6 million for the first six months of 2025, a decline of 33% from SAR 111.83 million in the year-earlier period.

The company attributed the decline in profits for the current period to a 32.20% decrease in gross profit to SAR 125.96 million, primarily due to changes in the sales mix and supply schedules, in addition to a drop in sales volume.

The second-quarter net earnings fell by 40% to SAR 34.4 million, from SAR 57 million in Q2 2024.

 

Similarly, net earnings decreased by 14.3% quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) from SAR 40.1 million in Q1 2025.

 

Shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, stood at SAR 453.42 million as of June 30, 2025, up from SAR 344.95 million a year earlier.
