United International Transportation Co. (Budget Saudi) reported a net profit of SAR 248.7 million for the first nine months of 2025, leaping 17% from SAR 212.6 million in the year-earlier period

The growth was fueled by higher revenues from an expanded lease fleet and the consolidation of Autoworld, which contributed two months of lease revenue in 2025 compared with none in the same period last year.

 

Improved operational efficiency and disciplined cost control also boosted gross and operating profits, offsetting higher financing costs and increased fleet depreciation.

Third-quarter net profit rose 12% to SAR 80.3 million from SAR 71.7 million, but fell 6.3% sequentially from SAR 85.6 million in Q2 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, after minority equity, stood at SAR 2.82 billion by Sept. 30, 2025, compared to SAR 2.59 billion a year earlier.
