LIVA Insurance Co.’s net profit fell 53% to SAR 5.3 million in H1 2025, compared to SAR 11.3 million in H1 2024.

The insurance service result in H1 2025 fell to SAR 3.64 million from SAR 13.70 million in H1 2024.

 

However, the company posted higher insurance revenue in H1 2025, driven by growth in group life as well as property and casualty businesses.

 

Total investment income amounted to SAR 17.49 million, up from SAR 15.44 million a year earlier.

 

Other operating expenses amounted to SAR 5.93 million during the six-month period compared to SAR 12.20 million a year before.

In Q2 2025, the bottom line dropped 48% to SAR 3.4 million from SAR 6.60 million in Q2 2024, mainly due to a rise of SAR 36.53 million in insurance service expenses.

 

On a quarterly basis, net earnings climbed 85.4% from SAR 1.84 million in Q1 2025.
