The profit decline is attributed to a 13.67% drop in insurance service results, driven by increased inflationary trends adversely affecting margins during the year.

Other operating expenses stood at SAR 410.65 million, compared to SAR 348.64 million during the previous year, an increase of 17.78%, arising from increased expenditure to support business growth.
These unfavorable movements were partially offset by an 8.68% increase in net investment results to SAR 730.72 million, a 9.12% rise in net other revenue to SAR 55.43 million, and a 7.05% growth in total comprehensive income to SAR 1.16 billion.
Moreover, gross written premiums (GWPs) for the current year amounted to SAR 20.49 billion, compared to SAR 18.39 billion during the previous year, an increase of 11.40%.
