Net profit before minority interest reached SAR 72 million in H1 2025, compared to SAR 131 million recorded during the same period in 2024.
The profit decline was attributed to recording non-recurring adjusted charges amounting to a net of SAR 60 million.
Meanwhile, revenue increased by a 10% year-on-year (YoY) in H1 2025 to SAR 2.3 billion, driven by strategic integration efforts at Portman, as well as strong performance in consumer travel, corporate and government travel, Hajj and Umrah services at Almosafer, and continued expansion at Lumi.

The second-quarter bottom line also fell 86.7% from SAR 37.07 million in Q1 2025.
Shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, reached SAR 5.9 billion by the end of H1 2025, against SAR 6.75 billion in the year-earlier period.
