This was driven by higher annual sales across all business segments and a 24.3% year-on-year (YoY) increase in gross profit. The company also cited increased operating income from air conditioning, construction and insulation segments, higher profit share from associates and joint ventures, as well as lower financial charges.
Consolidated sales during the period increased by 16.5% YoY due to sales growth across all segments.
On a sequential basis, net profit surged 165.1% from SAR 8.23 million in Q4 2024.
Total shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, rose to SAR 474.58 million as of March 31, 2025, compared to SAR 436.34 million a year earlier.
