Advanced Building Industries Co. (SENAAT) reported a net profit surge to SAR 77.2 million for the first nine months of 2025, from SAR 18.6 million a year earlier.

Total sales grew fueled by higher sales from AC, steel and insulation segments, which boosted gross profit by 24.4%. The company also cited increased operating income, a rise of SAR 13.7 million in profit share from associates and joint ventures, lower financial charges and decreased Zakat and income tax.

Q3 2025 net profit increased by nearly four-fold to SAR 28.2 million, from SAR 7.05 million in Q3 2024.

Sequentially, net earnings grew 11.7% from SAR 25.2 million in Q2 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, after minority interest, stood at SAR 528.82 million at the end of Sept. 30, 2025, from SAR 447.97million in the year-earlier period.
