The profit drop was attributed to an increase in credit loss provisions, which rose to SAR 3.2 million compared to SAR 1.9 million in 2024.
In addition, a reversal of impairment on investment properties was recorded at SAR 338,415 during the year, compared to SAR 1.18 million in the previous year.
Zakat provision also increased by 26% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 118,197, up from SAR 93,844 in the prior year.
This came despite a 1% rise in revenues, driven by higher occupancy rates.
Saudi Darb recorded a profit drop of 71% to SAR 1.92 million in Q4 2025, compared to SAR 6.61 in Q4 2024.
On a quarterly basis, net earnings fell 2.3% from SAR 1.96 million.
