Saudi Darb Investment Co. reported a net profit (excluding minority interest) of SAR 2.9 million in H1 2025, compared to SAR 2.2 million in the year-earlier period.

A credit loss provision was reversed during the same period last year amounting to SAR 565,329, compared to the recognition of SAR 2.07 million in credit loss provision expenses during the current period.

 

Due to higher contract renewal prices and an increase in operational capacity, revenue rose by 2% compared to the same period last year.

Q2 2025 net profit dropped 36% to SAR 1.6 million, compared to SAR 2.47 million a year earlier.

 

On a quarterly basis, net earnings rose 19% from SAR 1.33 million in Q1 2025.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interest, reached SAR 225.95 million by June 30, 2025, compared to SAR 223.05 million in the prior-year period.
