Saudi Darb Investment Co. reported a net profit of SAR 4.9 million in the first nine months of 2025, compared to SAR 1.8 million in the year-earlier period.

The profit surge was attributed to revenue growth from increased contract renewal prices and a higher utilization rate, resulting in a 2% rise in revenues compared to the same period last year.

 

Zakat expense provisions decreased by 97% year on year (YoY) over the nine-month period. Meanwhile, the provision for credit losses rose.

In Q3 2025, Saudi Darb swung to a profit of SAR 1.96 million from a loss of SAR 390,000 in Q3 2024. On a quarterly basis, net earnings rose 24.9% from SAR 1.57 million.

 

Total shareholders’ equity, excluding minority interest, reached SAR 227.91 million by Sept. 30, 2025, compared to SAR 223.05 million in the prior-year period.
