This came as the six-month revenues decreased year-on-year (YoY) due to a lower share of results in an associate during the first half of 2025, reaching SAR 3 million compared to SAR 8.2 million during the first half of 2024.
Selling, distribution, administrative, general, and other expenses increased by 1.6% to SAR 12.8 million in H1 2025, compared to SAR 12.6 million in the year before.
However, dividend payouts from equity instruments at fair value through comprehensive income soared to SAR 10 million during the first half of 2025, compared to SAR 7.9 million in H1 2024.
Sales also widened by 3.1% to SAR 20.2 million during the first half of 2025, against SAR 19.6 million during the first half of 2024. The Zakat provision also narrowed by 22.2% YoY to SAR 1.4 million.

Total shareholders’ equity, no minority interest, increased to SAR 483.98 million as of June 30, 2025, from SAR 469.44 million a year earlier.
