Fitaihi Holding Group posted a 60% drop in its 9M 2025 net profits to SAR 4.4 million, from SAR 11 million in the corresponding period of 2024.

Revenues declined due to a drop in the company’s share of results from an associate during the current period of 2025, which amounted to SAR 2 million, compared to SAR 12.7 million in the same period of 2024.
This came despite higher dividend income from equity instruments at fair value through other comprehensive income, which reached SAR 10 million in 2025 versus SAR 7.9 million a year earlier, and a 16.1% increase in sales to SAR 32.4 million, up from SAR 27.9 million in 2024.
Selling, distribution, general and administrative expenses rose by 4.9%, reaching SAR 19.3 million in 2025, compared to SAR 18.4 million in 2024.
On the other hand, Fitaihi reported an increase in dividend income from equity instruments at fair value through OCI to SAR 10 million in 2025, from SAR 7.9 million in 2024.
It also recorded an 11.5% decline in Zakat expenses to SAR 2.3 million in 2025, compared to SAR 2.6 million a year earlier.
Other income reached SAR 1.9 million during the current period of 2025.
